It is said there is true magic in the spirit of Christmas, and sometimes that magic takes a more concrete shape, especially when seen through the eyes of innocence. Here a kitten has gone exploring under the Christmas tree late one night. Down among the fallen ornaments (many there from her own rambunctious play with the lower limbs of the tree since it was first put up!), she comes upon one mysterious and beautiful ornament, glowing with it's own inner fire and warmth, and finds herself purring without even knowing why!
This is a limited-edition print, each copy signed & numbered by the artist. It is created from a film negative made directly from the original pen and ink artwork, then retouched by the artist, and printed by offset lithography on 80# Starwhite Vicksburg paper stock. Mounting and matting materials are either low-acid or acid-free. To maintain the quality of this work, do not display it where it will be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods, or to extremes of temperature or humidity. I also recommend that you look at it once it is up on your wall (at least six times a week is considered the minimum), or else it will get sad and lonely, and the tear-stains will make it look less attractive.
